This app is a joke. I downloaded it out of curiosity but you cant even poke around without being asked to pay for stuff. The sad thing is that the knowledge in this app is so basic, why would anyone ever need to buy a video explaining a hamstring stretch. This is a SHAM, dont waste your money or your time for that matter.
