This app is a joke. It basically lists a bunch of stretching poses, warm-up exercises, etc. but you have to purchase the actual videos separately if you want to use them.
Also, how could I trust an app that encourages me to stretch my "Quatritseps"??? Or one that indicates that the location of the ITB (Iliotibial band) is on your quads???
